1 . TUBE BUNDLES :

Tube Bundles

TUBE BUNDLE is the most vulnerable part of any Heat Exchanger. It gets ineffective / damaged due to a variety reasons – scale deposition, corrosion, thermal stress, etc. and has to be replaced at regular intervals, particularly where thin-walled copper or copper alloy tubes are used.

We manufacture REPLACEMENT TUBE BUNDLES of Heat Exchangers used in

(a) Utilities –intercoolers, after coolers, oil coolers for Air / Gas Compressors, DG Sets, Air Dryers, Gas Generators, etc. (b) Production – as quench oil cooler, circulating oil cooler, etc.

In order to get a perfect retrofit, it is essential make a detailed dimensional sketch of the Tube Bundle before getting it manufactured.

2. SHELL & TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS :

Heat Exchanges

Here fluids such as compressed air, oil and other gases / liquids are cooled by water, brine and other cooling media. The heat exchanger design, type & configuration is decided by specific process requirements. Wherever there is any condensation due to cooling, a Separator is provided from which the condensate is periodically drained by manual or auto drain valve.

3. COMPRESSED AIR CHILLER DRYER :

compressed air chiller dryer

Compressed air can be dried (i.e. its moisture reduced) by cooling, because its moisture holding capacity reduces at lower temperature. The Compressed Air Chiller Dryer uses cooling media which are available in the plant e.g. chilled water.

The incoming air is first precooled in the Precooler by the outgoing cold air before it being cooled further in the Chiller. Moisture condensing out due to cooling is removed by a high efficiency Moisture Separator and drained out by an Auto Drain Valve.

Compressed air temp at outlet of Chiller is its dew point. The dryness of air obtained by the Chiller Dryer is suitable for most compressed air applications in a tropical country like India.

4. PSA OXYGEN GENERATOR :

PSA OXYGEN GENERATOR

Dry & oil-free compressed air from the Compressed Air System is first stored in the Dry Air Receiver from where it enters the PSA System. Here the nitrogen is adsorbed by the Zeolite Molecular Sieves and oxygen comes out as a product gas. The O2 enters the Surge Vessel where its purity is stabilized. Necessary measurement and control devices are incorporated to make the O2 Generator fully automatic system.

O2 from this type of Oxygen Generator has a purity of upto 95%. Typical applications are : Brazing, feed gas for Ozone Generators, Hospital Ventilators, Effluent Treatment Plants, Fisheries, etc.

5. DEW POINT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM :
DEW POINT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

When air is cooled, the temp at which condensation takes place is termed the Dew Point (DP). A simple method of determining the DP is to cool the air around a highly polished surface and cooling it. When the DP is reached, condensation on this surface makes it cloudy and the temp observed at this point is the DP. In our Dew Point Measurement System, cooling is done by dry ice ( solid CO2) in a polished tube and temp is measured by a Digital Temp Indicator. This system can be used whenever periodic checking of dew point is required.

For continuous, online measurement system, the DP is determined by measuring change in capacitance of special sensor placed in the air stream. This change is transmitted to a device which displays the DP directly. This System is very expensive and is generally installed in Air Dryers for critical applications.
