REPLACEMENT OF TUBE BUNDLES :Removable Tube Bundle (RTB) type Coolers are used because only the Tube Bundle need to be replaced when its performance deteriorates due to scale formation, corrosion etc. SPANTECH offers Tube Bundles identical to existing units or improved versions of the same (with design & construction modifications). A detailed sketch of the Tube Bundle provided by Customer ensures that there are no problems in retrofitting the new Tube Bundle in the old Shell. If required, our person will visit ( for a nominal charge) your site to take detailed dimensions of the Tube Bundle. REVAMPING OF PSA NITROGEN GENERATORS : Failure or under-performance of a PSA N2 Generator can be due to be a variety of reasons and before undertaking its revamping, it is essential to carry out a detailed assessment of the N2 Generator’s present performance. Only after this is done, it is possible to arrive at the cost of the components and adsorbents required to be replaced, as well as the cost of undertaking the work.SPANTECH undertakes revamping of PSA N2 Generator of any make. Please ask for assessment proposal. Once the N2 Generator starts performing at rated capacity & purity after the revamping, you should put the N2 Generator under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to ensure that it works productively for a long time. If you have any other Generator in working condition, we can undertake AMC for the same. REVAMPING OF HEATLESS AIR DRYERS :If your Heatless Air Dryer is not functioning, a visit (at a nominal cost ) to study the Dryer and its components is required to make an assessment of cost of its revamping. If the Dryer is of small capacity or has not been used for long time, it may be better to go for a new Unit and Offer for a new Dryer will be submitted for approval. REPLACEMENT ADSORBENTS :Since we undertake revamping of Heatless Air Dryers and PSA Nitrogen Generators, we stock the adsorbents required in these equipment. We can supply high strength Activated Alumina spheres used specifically in Heatless Air Dryers as well as Carbon Molecular Sieves ( Shirasagi, Japan and Carbotech, Germany makes ) for top up or replacement in PSA Nitrogen Generators. Other adsorbents such as Molecular Sieves & Activated Carbon ( pellets) can also be supplied against specific requirements. |
